We're beginning to see signs of spring at Wheatland! 7th & 8th grade engineers used SketchUp to design seed-starting pots, which they printed using the MakerBot 3D printer. They'll use their creations to cultivate vegetable plants as part of their ecosystems unit with Mrs. Horton, Mrs. Zirbel and Mr. Mulhollon. Students will also create enclosed ecosystems with aquatic and terrestrial features.
