The free and reduced meal application along with the instructions for completion can be obtained by clicking on the "Free & Reduced Application" link (above). Please read all information carefully before completing the application.
PLEASE COMPLETE ONLY ONE APPLICATION FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY, LISTING ALL STUDENTS ON THAT APPLICATION.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED A DIRECT CERTIFICATION NOTICE FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION.
Please complete all requested information on the application, sign it, and return to the school office as soon as possible. Incomplete applications will be returned and therefore take longer to process. Your child will need to bring money for lunches until the application is completed and approved, unless he/she was receiving free or reduced lunches at the end of the last school year. You need to reapply for benefits at the beginning of each school year. Please contact the school office if you do not receive a determination letter within 2 weeks of submitting your application.
