The Human Resource/Payroll Specialist performs professional duties in proactively enhancing an effective HR program. This includes:

  • payroll

  • recruitment/selection/onboarding

  • employee relations

  • certification and licensure administration

  • leave accrual

  • benefit and Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) administration

The HR/Payroll Specialist also assists in development and implementation of pay programs.
