I am very excited to begin my fifth year teaching here at Wheatland Center School! I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you and having a great year here at Wheatland! I graduated from the University of Wisconsin--Whitewater in December of 2012. I received my degree in Elementary Education, with a minor in Psychology. I completed my student teaching with an internship in the Waukesha District, and continued there as a Technology Title One Integrator for the remainder of the school year.
During my free time I love to cook, bake and try new recipes. I also love to read, travel, and spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy working with students, so much. I feel that it is so intrinsically motivating to watch my students grow and be a part of that process with them.
I will be teaching All subjects this year. I will be running a workshop model for English and Math. During workshop, students with be working on leveled reading and writing. Please visit my Schoology site linked below to access links and lesson plans for the school year!
