• What are monthly collaborative team meetings?

    The purpose of these monthly Student Intervention Team (SIT) meetings is to utilize a problem-solving approach in identifying resources and supports that may be necessary to respond to a student's needs within the general education environment.This team provides assistance to children who are having academic or behavioral difficulties. The emphasis in problem solving is to meet the student's needs and produce positive learning outcomes.

    Who is on the collaborative team?

    The team is composed of various school personnel, such as teachers, pupil services, interventionists and administrators.
    Parent Involvement
    You will be contacted by your child's teacher if he/she is referred to the SIT meeting for assistance with behavioral or academic concerns.
